Basic information about using RealTraffic as an advertising network.
How do I create a campaign?
Go to Create Campaign, enter your destination URL, select traffic format, GEO, bid, budget and targeting settings. After saving, the campaign will be sent for moderation.
Why is my campaign pending?
All new campaigns and edited campaigns require moderation. This protects traffic quality and prevents incorrect links or creatives from being launched.
What campaign statuses mean?
Pending means waiting for review. Approved means the campaign can run. Rejected means the campaign needs changes. Active and Paused show whether the campaign is currently enabled.
Can I edit an approved campaign?
Yes. But after editing, the campaign will return to pending review and will be paused until approval.
How do I top up balance?
Open Billing, enter deposit amount, generate USDT TRC20 wallet, send payment and submit transaction hash. Funds are credited after manual confirmation.
Which traffic formats are supported?
Current interface supports Push, Popunder, In-Page and Native formats. Push creatives include title, description, icon and optional image.
How does tracking work?
You should pass click IDs through your tracker and return conversions using the postback URL provided by your account manager or RealTraffic support.
How long does moderation take?
Usually campaigns and deposits are reviewed manually as soon as possible. If something is urgent, contact support directly.
